A No, we do not take orders via telephone or fax.
Q Why am I not receiving the order confirmation e-mail?
A If you do not receive an e-mail, your order may not be complete. Also, please check your e-mail settings since our e-mail may be filtered as spam.
Q Where can I check my order?
A ★CONFIRM★You could check your orders in "Order History" on "My Page" after logging in.
Q Can I make changes to my order?
A Depends on your order status. If you wish to make changes, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Shipping

Q When can I receive my order?
A Your order will be shipped within 4days after payment. Delivery time will vary on delivery location.
Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes, we deliver domestically and internationally. However, some items may be restricted for certain countries. Please check for any restrictions on the individual product pages.
Q How much is the shipping and handling fee?
A The fee will vary on quantity and delivery location. Please check the amount on order confirmation page. For international shipment, we will inform you after order confirmation. For domestic shipping price list click here.
Q Can I change the delivery address/date?
A Depends on your order status. Please contact our customer support team if you wish to change the delivery information. Please note that we will not be able to change the delivery address or the date after releasing your package to our shipping vendor.
Q Can I combine my confirmed orders?
A Orders all combine at same order. Shipping is the same timing depends on the latest product if each shipping time are different. Otherwise, different orders cannot be combined at the same shipping. Orders cannot be combined after confirmation.
Q No, orders cannot be combined after confirmation.
A Yes, we can ship to another address. Please enter the delivery address on your "Order Information" page from your shopping cart. Check the box for "Same Address as Above" if you do not need to deliver to another address.

Q How do I pay for my order?
A For customers ordering from outside Japan, please pay by credit card via Paypal.

For customers ordering from Japan, we have the methods below.
1)Credit card payment via Paypal
2) Bank transfer
3) Collect payment with Sagawa e-collect (cash/credit card/E-money)

Gift wrapping & Receipts

Q Do you have a gift wrapping service?
A No, we do not have gift wrapping services. All orders will be placed in a non-woven bag.
Q Do you issue receipts?
A Yes, we issue receipts. Please notice if you need.

Returns/Exchange/Cancellation

Q Can I make return/exchange?
A Return or exchange of items are only accepted in case of defect (i.e. malfunction or damage that existed from the beginning or occurred during delivery) .
Please return the defective item within 10 days of receipt (shiping expense at our cost). We will then refund or exchange depending on your request.
Please note that we will not be able to accept return or exchange after 10days of receipt.
Only unused items can be returned or exchanged.
Q Can I cancel my order?
A No, cancellation order after confirmation is not accepted. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer support team within the same day of your order. Please inform us with your order number, name, and what needs to be corrected.
