For orders in Japan we accept the following:

-Bank transfer (handling fee to be paid by the customer)
-Credit Card via Paypal
-Collect payment(fee to be paid by customer)
JPY 300~1,000 (excl.tax) depending on your total amount

For international orders we only accept Paypal.

Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy

Please note that we only accept returns/exchange/cancellation for defects or damages that occurred during delivery.
In case of defect or damages, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receipt and our customer service will arrange a refund or exchange according to your request (handling fees will be paid by us.)
If you find out that you have made a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service within the same date of your order and inform us on what needs to be corrected.

We ship through Sagawa Express. Prices vary on destination prefecture, please check the list below. For orders with more than 1 item, your shipping fee will vary depending on the volume. Your actual fee will be e-mailed to you with our order confirmation email.

For International Shipping

We ship through EMS services to most countries. Prices and delivery time will vary on destination and volume of your order. Your actual fare will be e-mailed to you with our order confirmation email. You can also get the approximate fare on the EMS website.
